The 4th Annual Lincoln Park Bomber Bus Bash Video

Traveling around the country watching races sometimes gets boring. The cars, tracks, and races all begin to look the same, but then something happens to get your attention. For instance, take this race, the 4th Annual Bomber Bus Bash. A race so wild and wacky, I am surprised Tom Partin has not done this at Brushcreek yet. The idea is this: the wheels on the bus go round and round, round and round, when the stop sign comes out all cars must slow down and stay behind the bus as if some children was crossing the road. When the stop lights go off the race is back on. If you pass the bus while the bus has the stop lights on you could be Dq’d (or arrested if this taking place in a neighborhood and not a dirt track.) Not surprising, controversy ensued as Lloyd Wells approached the bus the stop lights came on. Well’s had no choice but to stay on the gas and roll on past. The scorers, drivers, announcers, fans, and bus driver were all in a state of confusion, and did not know who the hell was leading. After the race, the tower “reviewed the race video” and determined Mr. Walls was past the bus when the light was on and he was declared the winner.
