Christopher Meyer Sets Sights on Battle for the Belt Glory at Moler Raceway Park

One name has consistently stood out at Moler Raceway Park in 2023: Christopher Meyer. Making his mark in the racing scene since midway through the 2019 season, Meyer's prowess on the track has quickly propelled him to the top, earning him the title of 2022 Moler Raceway Park Track Champion. As we approach the highly anticipated 4th Annual Diamond Cut Lawn Care Battle for the Belt, let's take a closer look at the impressive stats that make Chris Meyer a local favorite and a true dominating presence around the tri-state area. 

As the 2022 defending Moler Raceway Park Champion, he secured an impressive six feature event victories, twelve top five's, and fourteen top tens in seventeen starts, narrowly besting Dustin Puckett Jr by 75 points. 

2023 has undeniably been a breakthrough season for Christopher. With twelve starts at Moler Raceway Park, he has achieved an impressive seven wins, making it to the top five in each race. His worst finish this season was a respectable 3rd place back on June 2nd. Overall in 2023, Christopher has competed in 27 races, capturing an astounding 14 wins, marking a significant 52% victory rate. His talent is evident, boasting 21 top-five finishes and 23 top-ten finishes throughout the season. 

 His remarkable success is not limited to Moler Raceway Park. Chris has showcased his smooth driving at other venues as well, securing feature wins at the newly reopened Mudlick Valley Speedway, Willard Speedway, and the renowned Florence Speedway in Union, Kentucky.


Christopher has also left his mark on the national scene finishing tenth in the 2021 Bristol Dirt Nationals at the famed high banks of Bristol Motor Speedway along with a pair of starts in the King of Compact's event at Florence Speedway, which resulted in a seventh-place finish in 2021 & a hard-fought tenth place finish in 2022.

 Hot Laps are slated to begin at 7pm with racing to follow the completion of qualifying. Adult General Admission is $15, Kids (6-11) $5, and children under the age of five are free. Pit admission is $35.
